By the WP Bakery

First - go to WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager and under the user roles, choose the post type is Custom and check the post type you want to use the WPBakery Page Builder (Footer)

Step 1 - Simply, go to Footer Builder → Footer Mobile to control this section

Step 2 - Navigate to Theme Options → Footer Global to select the Footer Mobile Layout

Step 3 - Final go to → Core Options to check this feature was activated or not
