All of our items come with 6 months of included support and free lifetime updates for your theme. Once the 6 months of included support is up, you have the opportunity to extend support coverage up to 6 or 12 months further. If you choose to not extend your support, you will still be able to submit bug reports via email or item comments and still have access to our online documentation.
We have an advanced, secure ticket system to handle your requests. Support is limited to questions regarding the theme's features or problems with the theme. We are not able to provide support for code customizations or third-party plugins. If you need help with anything other than minor customizations of your theme, we suggest enlisting the help of a developer.

After registration, you can submit a ticket on our forum to get support from us. Theme support is offered to verified customers by forum only.
Our working time is 8.00 AM - 5.30 PM, Monday to Friday (GMT+7). In some cases, the waiting time can be extended to 48 hours. Support requests sent during weekends or public holidays will be processed next Monday or the next working day.
Our Support System period is 6 months from the purchase date. During those 6 months, our support team is available to provide item support services for all of the customer's issues.
We do support all the features or problems that belong to our theme. We are not able to provide support for code customization or other third-party plugins. If you need any minor customize we suggest you hire WordPress developers or contact us for more detailed information's about it.

- Carefully read our documentation for the answer to your question.
- In some cases, try to disable any additional 3rd party plugins to see if this fixes the issue.
- Make sure you've cleared all your caches, browser and website.
