# Exit Intent Popup

This feature helps you turn on a suggestion window for customers as soon as they intend to leave the site

**You can Turn it on in theme options**

* First, check to see if the enabled content already exists. If not, create an item for yourself to use.

It will be built using "Custom Block" in Dashboard > Theme Options > Elementor Header and Footer Builder (See how to build a "Custom Block" [here](/elementor/elementor-elements/static-blocks.md)).

If you don't have one, you can download our sample JSON file to import for this:

[JSON - Sample - Exit Intent Popup for Elementor](https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/ryr4kjop669azfrpdhbck/exit-intent-popup.json?rlkey=xfdqcpf6jk5q482lx0sue2oal\&dl=1)

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://elessi-docs.nasatheme.com/elementor/advanced-features/exit-intent-popup.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
