Step 1 - Simply go to Theme Options → Elementor - Header, Footer & Builder to edit the Footer Mobile

Step 2 - Navigate to Theme Options → Footer Global to select the Footer Mobile Layout

Step 3 - Final go to Theme Options → Mobile Layout - tab to check this feature was activated or not
