# Import Demo Content

The import demo will give you all pages and posts, sample sliders, widgets, Theme Options, and more with only one click.

We have upgraded the theme with *One-click Import* easily and quickly to install:

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1**</mark> - Login to the **WordPress Dashboard**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2**</mark> - Go to **Theme Option → Theme Setup.** This section will lead you to the steps to install the demo with *One-click Import*

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3**</mark> - Click the circle to select all the plugins you want to install and click on the **CONTINUE** button

![We recommend using only one page builder plugin (WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor). More importantly,  for pages built with WPBakery Page Builder plugin please don't switch to editing with Elementor plugin and vice versa.](/files/QiUkoOWoZREne10tFqjW)

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 4**</mark> - Choose the demo and data you want to import and click **START IMPORT SAMPLE DATA**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 5**</mark> - Navigate to **Woocommerce Tools** to delete cache and update product schedule time again
