Installing Dokan Multi Vendor plugin

Step 1 - First of all, you have to download the Dokan Multivendor plugin. Click here to Download

Step 2 - You will see that a .zip file will be downloaded. Then you need to go to the WordPress Admin Dashboard > Plugins > Add New screen and click on the “Upload Plugin” button.

Step 3 - When the plugin has been installed, you need to activate it. Click "Active" the Dokan plugin.

Set up Dokan plugin

When you install the Dokan plugin for the first time, Dokan will lead you to this setup wizard. It gives you a step by step guideline to set up Dokan plugin easily. At first, it shows an introduction of the quick setup wizard.

Step 1 - Click Let's Go! It will take you to the store setup page where you have to provide details about your sellers’ store.

Step 2 - You have to provide seller store URL and select the shipping fee recipient and the tax fee recipient (Vendor or Admin). When are you done, click on the Continue button

Step 3 - In this step, you can enable selling feature for your Vendor by enable "Make selling status enable for new registred vendor" option. You can set the admin commission (%) in percentage.

Step 4 - You have to setup withdraw options for your vendor. There are two withdraw methods:

  1. PayPal

  2. Bank Transfer

You can choose your suitable withdraw method. You can also set the minimum withdraw limit and order status for withdraw.

Step 5 - Click on the Continue button and will be moved in the Recommended step (You can skip this step). After providing all the information, It will show you a confirmation message and ask you to go to your Dokan settings page. You can also return to the WordPress Dashboard by clicking on the link at the bottom of the wizard.

If you click More Settings → it will leads you to Dokan > Settings
