# Custom Block

#### **Simply, to create a static block with the&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;">**Elementor**</mark>**&#x20;plugin, please follow these steps:**

**First**, be sure your site has installed the <mark style="color:blue;">**Elementor - Header, Footer & Blocks**</mark> plugin\
(From **Theme Options** **→** **Install Plugins**)

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1**</mark> - Go to **Theme Options** **→** **Elementor Header & Footer Builder** to Add New **→** **Publish**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2**</mark> - Edit your **custom block** with the <mark style="color:red;">**Elementor**</mark> plugin

You can use this **Custom Block** will be similar to **Static block** in **Theme Options**. Here we get the "**Top Bar**" as an example:\
