To build a header builder with the Elementor plugin, please follow these steps:

First, be sure your site has installed the Elementor - Header, Footer & Blocks plugin (From Theme Options → Install Plugins)

Step 1 - Simply navigate to Theme Options → Elementor Header & Footer Builder to add a new header

Step 2 - Drag and drop any elements here to build the content of your header

Drop and Drag any elements of the Elementor plugin to build Header

Step 3 - Final, go to Theme Options → Header Global to select your Header Builder by Elementor
